Constantly evolving, Sicché's new features are never ending!
We are pleased to present to you a number of new features we have introduced in the last few months on the platform, which improve the usability, flexibility, and modularity of online projects, respondent's experience and researchers lives.
1. Easier respondent's onboarding process
No more temporary passwords and fewer steps: from now on, the respondents will register through a link! Participants will simply have to click on an lautomatically generated link, sent as usual through the platform, and set their personal password. Extreme ease of use and highest possible level of security.
2. New tools to get more details
Deep dive in your questions using sub-questions to gather all the details you and your client need! A new options for our "Open Answer" questions which is especially useful when you need to gather insight within specific topics (such as experience with a product, from opening the pack to organoleptic characteristics). 3. Customize your flow!
With the new "Mandatory Completion" feature, define the flow of your respondents' activities by deciding whether or not to force a specific path! Making task completion mandatory, respondents will not be able to move on to the next activity without completing all the answers of the current one.
4. Aim activities to specific sub-targets or "personas"
Assign tags to activities to target certain questions only to specific sub-targets or personas within the same room (e.g. only to "women" in the "Young" room). A way to further differentiate and "branch" the discussio flow, without limits!
5. Use AI translation to read posts in the language you prefer
Are some of the languages totally "hostile" to you? 😜 Make use of the new automatic translation service: for a minimal additional cost, you can choose to read posts in the original language or translated to better follow the project!
6. Revamped UX for an even better experience!
We have optimized and added new CTAs to make it easier and more intuitive for respondents to navigate and further increase the interaction between participants!
7. Multimedia stimuli for all your questions!
Use any kind of multimedia file to enrich your questions: image, PDF, video and audio (which you can even record directly in the platform)! This means further opportunities for the researcher: not only for a first-person presentation via voice or a short video, but also the exploration of podcasts, adv, TV shows/series more broadly through all types of questions!
8. Check your stimuli with the new media preview
No more anxiety for the researcher: now you can double check which files you have uploaded as stimuli to questions. You can finally make sure they are displayed correctly!
9. Not only Privacy Policies!
In addition to the Privacy Policy, you can now also request participants to accept any policy your project might require by attaching as many documents as you want. Plus, you can download an Excel report to keep track of who has accepted them and who has not!
10. No panic: we have video tutorials!
We have added a video tutorial in the "Help" section that explains the platform in just 8 minutes!
