As researchers and users of platforms for qualitative research, we hate what we call the "Cinderella effect".
The time limit that, at midnight of the last day of fieldwork, stops participants from accessing and answering, because from one minute past midnight systems shut down as they recognize a “new day” - that has not been paid for 😐.
What if some respondents still have to post their last answers, maybe they just got in late at night after work or after a dinner out?
With our platform, respondents are always given +30 days free to respond, so no problem for latecomers!

When you want to alternate an individual diary phase and a group discussion phase without running them at the same time
With Sicché: 6 days total rental. With other platforms: 20 days rental, or 2 different rentals (one of 2 days, one of 6).

When the online part of the project happens before synchronous meetings (whether online or in person), usually a diary / homework.
With Sicché: 2 days total rental.
With other platforms: 2 days + you pay for any extra days of diary.

When the online research part of the project happens after synchronous or asynchronous meetings, for example to share impressions, or for a subsequent product / service test.
